1. About the service

Teacher David (“the Service”) is an AI-powered English learning platform. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 16, you need parental or guardian consent.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person. Do not share your account with others.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, harass, or try to manipulate Teacher David in any way.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or rate limiting.
• Use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service.

5. AI disclaimer

Teacher David's responses are generated by AI. They are educational in intent but may occasionally contain errors. Do not rely on them as a substitute for professional language certification or formal education.

6. Payments and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time — your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months, except where required by EU consumer law.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Teacher David is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
